You do not want to be chasing down customer segments that are not looking for a solution. Instead, nail down 3 customer segments that are actively looking for what you offer.

Start with 3 customer segments then nail down to one, specific segment. When making that choice, consider: timeliness, how actively they're looking for a solution, and how underserved are they in the market.
